The Process

Only the highest quality meats from various local suppliers are used.

To ensure all jerky has low fat content, fat and sinew is trimmed.  For those who are concerned of the salt content, don’t be, only a small percentage of salt is used.  Each slice of meat is marinated for a lengthy period of time to bring out the best flavouring, the jerky is then placed on racks, dried, weighed & packed.

The Jerky is prepared to the highest possible standards adhering to the strict HACCP code of practice.
